Arvak and Zeebo stand out in the cold air. The sun is low on the horizon to the west, and sunset will occur in the next hour or two. The base sterilization/quarrantine seems nearly complete: infected rooms have been locked, and the way out of the base has been sterilized with the following exceptions:
- There is a stack of broken furniture and debris in the entry room which could be contaminated
- Arvak has put contaminated items in a crate. Technically out of the way, but the crate could easily be opened.
